Here’s another floral collage created for the garden of whimsy. In this garden, flowers don’t need watering and will last a lifetime. There is something about flowers that can bring so much joy and wonder; I just love them. This floral collage was created from a couple of different abstract works I created on paper and then torn up. I loved building up the texture in this floral and seeing all the details emerge with each piece of torn paper.

Materials used: watercolour paper, mixed media papers, acrylic paints, inks, pencil, drywall tape, wood panel, matte medium, Mod Podge, wire for the back, and sealant
