Original work on PAPER
Colour lives just under the surface in this original torn-paper collage. Layers of hand-painted paper were torn and reassembled so fragments of the painted abstract work only show where the white gives way. The torn edges, corrugated texture, and open white space are part of the finished work.
Materials: hand-painted papers, mixed-media papers, acrylic, ink, torn canvas, and collage on watercolour paper.
