The Torn Edges of Life Are Beautiful
Mixing the bits and pieces of art and life
![]() Recently my name was featured in a blurb for an Australian trade show. It said my inspiration comes from "every day life". It's true, it totally does. My most recent cards designs for instance have been created while my Grandma has been in the hospital. Both cards have been designed with her in mind. One is specifically a card for Grandmas and the other is more of an every day love card. You see, my Grandma has the cutest smile and life right now is not making her smile all that often. So, when she does it brings me great joy. Each day is precious and each of us in my family are letting my Grandma know how loved and cared for she is and not just because she is not well but because she is all that is love. The binding of our family. She is the one thing in my life that has remained constant and I celebrate her and all that she is by thanking her for loving me like she does.
