The Torn Edges of Life Are Beautiful
Mixing the bits and pieces of art and life
![]() There are often moments we have to say the words “I’m sorry!” Sometimes these words are difficult to say, to write, to breathe. We know in our mind it’s the right thing to do, to say sorry and to ask for forgiveness. Saying sorry doesn’t have to be accepted by the person we are saying sorry to. Sometimes, it isn’t accepted and we are left feeling totally let down. When we ask for forgiveness or say sorry we must remember to do it for the right reason. The right reason is always with a genuine intent to help someone know that whatever you have done to upset the other person, you feel terrible. Regardless of whether or not you feel you are “right”, when you know your words or actions have hurt someone an apology is necessary.
